Every time we were assigned back to the DC area, I would drag my much abused vacuum into Quality Vacuums for service and repair. They have been reliable for over 25 years. I highly recommend both their vacuum sales and their vacuum repairs. After living with two long-haired, daughters, two long-haired dogs, and a husband with a woodworking hobby, I can guarantee they can fix all your vacuum repair disasters.

Mike helped me, even though he said he couldn't fix my light. He does not do lights, mostly vacuums. But he quickly fixed the light (I could turn it on, but not off. Mike knew the right thing to do, and it now is working! I've been to qualitity vacuums several times, and he is always reasonable, and very helpflu.

I came back today to purchase another vacuum cleaner from Quality Vacuums in Woodbridge. I wanted to have one vacuum cleaner for upstairs and one for the downstairs because it was getting too difficult to constantly carry one up the stairs. I can highly recommend Miele vacuum cleaners! But more importantly, I can highly recommend Quality Vacuums because of the expertise of the owner, Mr. Dua. He will direct you to whatever vacuum will fit your particular needs. Mr. Dua the owner of Quality Vacuums in Woodbridge, VA is EXCELLENT. He will not try to sell you anything just to get the sale. He listens to what your needs are and asks appropriate questions to determine which vacuum would be the best vacuum for you. Thank goodness I went to him because I almost made a big expensive mistake by buying a different vacuum. He was also willing to match price if I found cheaper elsewhere. Don't be discouraged by the small showroom. It is the quality that matters. The quality and knowledge he has is what you need.

My wife and I purchased a vacuum cleaner from here a few years ago. Our salesman was Mike Dua. Mike took time with us showing the vacuuming quality of several machines covering a range of prices. Mike was professional, informative and enthusiastic. Mike never pressured us into purchasing any machine, nor did he make us feel uncomfortable in any way. We ended up purchasing a high end model and we left happy. A few weeks ago our vacuum machine simply would not turn on. We stopped by Mike's store to inquire from him did he have any suggestions. Mike immediately told us a few troubleshooting tips with the same professional, informative and enthusiastic manner he demonstrated when we purchased our high end vacuum machine. Bought my second vacuum in about 10 years from Quality Vacumms. I traded my 10 year old Oreck XL for a MayTag, M700 Vacuum. The owner, Mike was very informative, and a pleasure to do business with excellent customer service. I chose the MayTag M700 because it's made by the same company (Tacony Corp) that produces brands such as Simplicity and Riccar. They are made here in the USA. If you're planning to purchase a new or used vacuum, I strongly recommend you stop by and see Mike at Quality Vacuums, instead of purchasing a vacuum from one of those "big box" stores.
